Yes, every batch of Mitchell’s Medicinals is tested for potency of CBD and product purity.

Usage Recommendations: 3-5 drops under the tongue, holding there for as long as possible, 2-3 times a day, and then increasing your dose by adding 1-2 drops a day until desired relief. We recommend consistent daily use for 3-4 weeks and then on an as needed basis. Adults may take 1 full dropper (approx. 24 drops or 0.8 ml) 2-3 times daily. Use as needed.

Yes. We ship our products to all 50 states. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC, we are allowed by U.S. Federal law to conveniently ship (we use USPS Priority Mail) to your doorstep.

It is best to keep our products stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Exposure to heat or cold can cause the CBD to re-crystallize. We do not recommend refrigerating. Also be sure not to leave it in your car for a long period of time due to heat or cold. 

When stored properly, our CBD products have a shelf life of about one year.

Our products will not get you high. Our CBD products have less than 0.3% THC, which is the chemical that impairs functionality or can get one high.
