If you’ve got a website or you’re an experienced affiliate marketer, then our Brand Ambassador program was designed for you. There’s two very simple steps:
Step 1) Please read the frequently asked questions and terms and conditions on this page.
Step 2) Fill in our application form. We’ll get back to you with any questions we might have, otherwise you’ll have your account setup right away and be given your unique tracking code.
Then you can start promoting!
How are Visitors Tracked?
We have a 180 day cookie tracking limit, meaning that when you send someone to your ambassador link, they can purchase at anytime within 6 months and you will still receive your commission! This is in contrast to some 15 or 30 day programs.

Following are some frequently asked questions about being a Mitchell’s Medicinals Brand Ambassador:
- What is a Brand Ambassador program?
A Brand Ambassador program allows an interested party to help build the community of the brand in exchange for product, store credit, or commission. Ideally, the candidate is a positive and enthusiastic person in their communities, who has an established network and solid relationships for building the brand and market our products via word-of-mouth marketing tactics (i.e. referring friends, posting about the brand online, etc.). For our program, you get a unique link to our website, and we pay you a commission from each sale from the visitors you send us, or your can receive store credit!
- How do I sign up?
To sign up for our program simply fill out the application form.
- How much do you pay in commissions?
We start our Ambassadors at 10% of the purchase price made through your unique code. If someone is driving more traffic and sales to our site than the average, then we will adjust commissions accordingly on a case by case basis.
- How often do you pay your Brand Ambassadors?
We pay all accrued commissions over $25 once per month electronically via PayPal.
- What sort of tools do you provide to your Brand Ambassadors?
These materials are found in the Brand Ambassador area once you become an ambassador. We do provide on-going support and service as needed.
- Is there any cost to become an Ambassador?
No, it’s a free program.
- Do you pay commissions on all of your products?
We pay a commission on every product available on our website. Commissions may vary depending on product type.
- Can I join your Brand Ambassador program if I am outside the United States?
No, this is limited to United States and Canada, only.
Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form, and upon acceptance, you will become a Brand Ambassador and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referred individuals.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
It is understood that you will introduce Mitchell’s Medicinals products to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. We reserve the right to accept or reject any prospective customers.
Either you or Mitchell’s Medicinals may terminate the Brand Ambassador relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn referral payments during your time as an approved Ambassador. We reserve the right to change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time.
Brand Ambassador Relationship
Mitchell’s Medicinals Brand Ambassadors are independent contractors. Mitchell’s Medicinals is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program and the aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to the Brand Ambassador. Mitchell’s Medicinals makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program. In addition, Mitchell’s Medicinals makes no assumptions that the operation of the program or website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Mitchell’s Medicinals is located in the United States of America and the program is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
Revocation of Brand Ambassador Status
Your application and status in the Brand Ambassador program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Inability to setup links or refer clients to The Social Media Monthly (lack of performance)
Brand Ambassador Links
You may use approved graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. With expressed approval, your site be advertised “offline” in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers at your expense. You may only use the graphics and text provided to you by us. If you create your own, they must be approved prior to use and deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.
Brand Ambassador Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your personal link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your unique username. The IP address is tracked in the database along with your username. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the Brand Ambassador who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your unique link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the Brand Ambassador program and will end when your account is terminated. Mitchell’s Medicinals reserves the right to modify the agreement at any time. If the modifications are unacceptable to you, you may choose to terminate your Brand Ambassador account. Your continuing to participate in the program will indicate acceptance of any changes.
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of “intents of harm” to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Brand Ambassador program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the Brand Ambassador program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
